Welcome
Serving Veterans, Reentry, Transitional Adults, and Homeless Individuals.

Keystone Supportive Living is a structured transitional supportive housing program based in Alabama providing safe, stable, and program-based housing for veterans, individuals experiencing homelessness, and justice-involved persons transitioning back into the community.
Our program operates under a License Agreement Model rather than traditional leasing and includes stability planning, reintegration support and employment pathway coordination with Avesta Care CDC Inc. to promote long-term independence and self-sufficiency.
Keystone Supportive Living also provides structured participant support, resource coordination and developing case management services to ensure stability, accountability and successful community reintegration.
